i found the staff very helpful from the moment i arrived the reception staff greeted me warmly and quickly checked me in the valet service was also efficient making parking simple i really liked the turn down service it was a nice touch that added to the experience
the air conditioning unit in my room made a rattling noise it was especially noticeable at night when the room was quiet this made it difficult to sleep comfortably i expected better from a hotel of this standard and cost

the location is central offering easy access to many key sites and the seaport everything felt within walking distance which was convenient for exploring i appreciated the proximity to local attractions and transport links

my room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and a superb shower it was also very clean and well maintained daily maid service ensured the room remained tidy and fresh throughout my stay i felt very relaxed in my room

Fantastic Location, Great Breakfast!

The staircase at the entrance is monumental. I loved it! My room was large and well-decorated with light tones. The marble bathroom featured quality linens. This was a big plus. I found the bedding very comfortable for resting after a long day.
The room temperature was a bit problematic. I had a hard time adjusting it.

The hotel showcases an excellent and monumental staircase. It is impeccably restored. Terraces are accessible for all guests when the weather is good. You can catch good sunlight in the morning.

Breakfast provided a varied selection of foods, served in luxurious lounges, what a treat. The breakfast team offers great service, and they are reasonably priced. This is something to look forward to each morning.
